DIRECTIONS TO TAMARISK BED AND BREAKFAST ST.IVES CORNWALL

BY ROAD

From London to St Ives (5 hours). Head west on the M4 to Bristol and then south on the M5 to Exeter. There take the A30 into Cornwall. Continue along the A30 until you get to St Erth. Turn right at the roundabout onto the B3301 and then right again onto the A3074. Continue along the A3074 for approximately 3.5 miles until you reach St Ives. Drop into St Ives via Tregenna Hill, turn left into The Stennack. Continuing up The Stennack turn right at the first roundabout and climb to the top of Bullans Lane. Turn left into Alexandra Road and right into Burthallan Lane. Burthallan Lane has a sign at its entrance for the Garrack Hotel. Sunset vacation rental is located in the property called Tamarisk. Tamarisk is approximately 100 yards on the left after entering Burthallan Lane.

BY RAIL

Take the London Paddington to Penzance line changing at St Erth for St Ives. Trains run regularly all year round and leave Paddington 14 times a day from 6.30am until 11:30pm. The journey takes around 5 hours so take a good book. All trains have a buffet service. Check out www.railtrack.co.uk for more information on train times and availability. From St. Ives train station it is best to get a taxi to Tamarisk to save carrying your heavy luggage through town.
